Three problems worth explaining
The credibility problem
Carbon-credit and donor reporting demand proof that a stove went where claimed, in the settlement type claimed. GPS-located demonstration coordinates plus an auditable GHSL/Kontur/WorldPop cascade make every claim checkable — the methodology doc is public on purpose.
The silent-failure problem
A cookstove that stops being used is a failed intervention nobody notices. Usage telemetry feeds a status model, so quiet stoves surface automatically instead of hiding inside a total installation count.
The multi-country problem
Expanding from Senegal to Mali and Cambodia usually means cloning spreadsheets and diverging formats. A single country-config module plus per-country data islands meant expansion was a data task, not a rewrite.
